Certa vez um jovem acompanhado por sua mãe foi ao supermercado pagar uma conta da feira feita anteriormente, porém foram surpreendido pelo valor, pois estavam bem acima do esperado.
Neste momento gerou uma dúvida, “será se esse valor estaria correto”? Ou poderia está cobrando a mais do que o normal? Naquele momento a mãe do jovem fez o pagamento, mas depois ter feito o filho dela decidiu somar todas as notinhas e percebeu novamente que o valor estaria a cima do normal.
Como ele ainda estava no supermercado dirigiu-se ao caixa de uma forma bem educada e pediu pra falar com a atendente, e assim foi questionado aquele valor pago. Após este questionamento a atendente daquele caixa foi explicar que havia um restante de uma outra notinha e que teria juros sobre este atraso.
Sei que ela pode ter errado em não ter explicado o valor pago, poderia ter explicado pra evitar mal entendido, não é? Mas qual é mesmo a lição que podemos tirar! Se não tivesse voltado pra buscar explicação, estaria sempre no pensamento que aquela atendente poderia ter cobrado uma valor a mais do que devia. Por isso sempre devemos passar a ter conhecimento de algo acontecido antes de fazer qualquer tipo de julgamento.
